Round biscuit porcelain plaque featuring the motif "The Genius of Poetry." Created by Bertel Thorvaldsen (1770–1844) in Rome in 1838. In good condition. Manufactured by Bing & Grøndahl around 1900. Bears the factory mark on the back with the stamped "B&G" for Bing & Grøndahl. Dimensions: Diameter of 14.5 cm.
